HOW IT WORKS

Since we have different styles in how we design you can chose either one of us to design something for you. When you hire one of us to do your blog we will email you a list of questions.
From those questions you will give me in plenty of detail what you want in a design. These questions are very important and should be very thorough. Be sure to think hard about what you want before hand... to ensure the design you like.

Changes in the design once completed are allowed to a degree. We am flexible and will work with you. Multiple changes though will end up costing extra depending on what is asked.

K.I.T.

When your design is started you will need to K.I.T. (keep in touch) with me throughout the design process. If you have google talk or other chat programs let me know this in the questionnaire. It helps to be able to communicate via email quickly... If communication is lost and days go by without hearing from a client, jobs may be put on hold.

TIME LINE

We work when we get time. Andrea is a very busy work at home mom of two young children. Also a Pastors wife and Photography business owner... With all of these things on her plate (not including graphics) She tends to accept new clients in when she can. The best thing to do is email her asking if she is available to work on your site. She will then email you her availability from there. If she is not already booked for the time being, the job is normally completed within a week.

Jaime is also very busy with a part time job in a doctors office and a part time photography buisness owner, not to mention she runs SIMPLE, and then adding graphics, blogs, and logos. She is also very busy with her 2 year old son. The best thing to do is email her asking if she is available to work on your site. She will then email you her availability from there. If she is not already booked for the time being, the job is normally completed within a week.

COPYRIGHT & CREDIT

All graphics are copyrighted by Andrea or Jaime. They may not be changed or altered in any way without permission.

If a template is made, my logo must be displayed on your side bar as credit to the work. It may not be removed.

DEPOSIT

A deposit is required with any graphic job. Half of the final cost no matter what the cost.
This ensures we are paid for the time. If we fail to complete the job the money will be refunded... if the job is completed as listed in the clients questionnaire description then the rest of the payment will be due.

PAYMENT

We accept cash or check through snail mail...
Or if you are more comfortable we do accept paypal payments online.

REFUNDS

If work is complete as the client asked during the booking of a job... there will be no refunds. Hours are put into each template. Those hours are not free.
